Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel absolutely enchanting in your JessaKae pieces, but if your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive a digital gift card for immediate use, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
